Nice friendly old hotel but let down by few issues
Nice ambience & good secure parking. Room was comfortable. Easy access in city centre
Basin in bathroom was missing & shower was tepid at best Also coffee at breakfast was cold & as no staff on hand it couldn't be replaced

It was nice old but comfortable old building
This is my biggest complaint. We booked with the thought that there was a restaurant and bar. That is how it was described on booking. But we came there and the restaurant was closed until the Monday. The breakfast was nothing. We had done a big heavy hike. Expecting to relax at the hotel. Instead we had to go to the city to eat. When we book we needed to know this situation. We would have booked somewhere else. We were very tired. You need to know we are seniors.

Pleasant stopover in Palacio de Elorriaga
The style is distressed chique but it has all modern comforts. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is at the city's edge, has free parking yet is a 10 minute walk to a tram going to the centre. Breakfast was wonderful.
I had no negatives. Some might be disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open but it suited me to visit the city and eat there.

Clean comfortable room, helpful staff.
An amazing building with friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the parking facilities for the motorbike were excellent and secure.
The restaurant was closed in the evening which meant a walk into town. The breakfast coffee was pre-prepared, cold, and had to be microwaved to be drinkable.
